A great option in the heart of Florence.

Liked:We loved the location a the guest rooms were very nice.

Disliked:The lobby was extremely small. The check out process was not up to 4 star serve. Certainly still very good, but just not super warm and inviting.

Quiet gem in the heart of Florence

Liked:Quiet, elegant hotel a block from the Duomo and Piazza Signoria! In the heart of Florence, but apart from all the craziness of the crowds! Arrived late, but met by friendly & helpful staff. Delicious breakfast with attentive staff. Perfect place to stay in this beautiful city!
