Very modern hotel and wonderful staff

Liked:Very nice hotel and superb breakfast buffet. Lots of construction around it and small lifts. The lobby and restaurant are very modern and elegant. Very business oriented. Location is a bit away from the city center but the hotel has a complimentary shuttle that will take you there as long as you make a reservation. Very nice stay while in Florence.

Disliked:Small elevators.

Liked:Very nice hotel, I like the free shuttle bus to the city center.

Disliked:The hotel should have safety deposit boxes at the reception in case you check out or in case you check in but still didn’t get a room, in order to keep your belongings safe, due to the huge amount of pickpocketers in the city.
