Perfect as a base if you plan on spending your time exploring Florence and not looking for a plush hotel

Liked:Location was ideal. Right in the centre of the city. The roof terrace was a nice feature. Oscar who greeted us was friendly and welcoming

Disliked:The decor was tired and a little run-down, but comfortable and clean.

It was an okay stay! Being in the center of everything it definitely needs upgrade

Liked:Great Location! The beds were comfortable, but definitely need an upgrade.

Disliked:Stairs were very uncomfortable to go up and down to the 5th floor, especially with two small kids and luggages. There was a very loud noise in the bathroom above the shower. It went on all night and all day. Very uncomfortable!

Liked:Nice view, in the center of the city so you can go easily to all places just by walking, even close to the train station!

Disliked:It has 6 floors you have to climb in stairs, also there were some ants in the apartment so is important to keep all food in the fridge
