Liked:Staff -Mateo made us very welcome and answered all our questions. Breakfast was delicious. Beautifully served. Room was wonderful. And location beyond perfect.

An Unexpected Gem of a Stay!

Liked:This was such an unexpectedly wonderful place to stay!!! We were sad to check out today and absolutely would have extended our stay if we were sticking around Florence. The staff members were all friendly, the room was very generously sized, and the location can't be beat. Breakfast is included and was wonderful! Soft drinks, water, and a stocked bar are also included in the stay which really went a long way. The location is perfect for navigating the rest of the city and we will 100% stay again if we find ourselves in Florence in the future.

Disliked:Literally the only thing I'd suggest as a change would be to add a shower curtain around the tub to make showering easier.

A hotel that truly felt like home! Amazing staff and location

Liked:This place truly felt like home! Cozy, clean room. The hotel staff and chefs were so friendly and went above and beyond for us. Check in was very easy and the location was amazing. I would highly reccomend this hotel and would stay here again. It was nice to talk and meet the other guests staying their during breakfast

Nothing was ever too much trouble, and their genuine hospitality made our stay even more memorable. The location was perfect—within easy walking distance of Florence’s beautiful landmarks, restaurants, and shopping, making it the ideal base to explore the city. We also loved the complimentary bar area, which was a wonderful place to relax after a day of sightseeing. The daily breakfast was outstanding, with a fantastic selection of fresh, delicious options to start each morning. Our room was elegant, comfortable, and offered beautiful views over Florence, which made the experience even more special. Everything about our stay exceeded our expectations. The combination of exceptional service, thoughtful amenities, incredible views, and a perfect location made this one of the highlights of our trip. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Florence.
