Disliked:Well, not sure where to begin The rooms at Hotel Del Corso are nicely decorated, but unfortunately, our overall experience was disappointing. First, be aware that the elevator starts on the second floor. You have to carry your luggage up a very difficult flight of stairs just to reach it, which is extremely inconvenient—especially with large or heavy bags. I’ll be including photos so future guests know what to expect. The rooms are also not well soundproofed. We could hear everything, and it became very loud whenever guests arrived during the late-night and early-morning hours or people were talking around the reception area. The bed was very firm, and the pillows were hard and extremely flat, making it difficult to sleep comfortably. My only interaction with the receptionist was when we arrived, and unfortunately, she was rude and unprofessional. She told us she was overwhelmed by the number of people and became visibly frustrated with us. After traveling and carrying luggage up those stairs, that was not the welcome we expected. Although the rooms themselves are nice, the difficult access, excessive noise, uncomfortable bedding, and unpleasant reception experience would prevent me from staying here again.
