Avoid this place! Awful accommodation!

Liked:Location only!

Disliked:Tea/coffee/water not replaced daily. Unable to use air conditioning units as they were very noisy. During my visit the temperature range was from 32 to 36 degrees!. When I told management about it on the second day they sent out a technician to look at them. He said they needed a new compressor but nothing was done about it. The tv did not work! The technician came to look and the remote control batteries were flat. Windows are not soundproof. While the place is situated on a small street it was noisy every night and into the night! A couple of nights people were shouting and laughing until 4am!.When showering the water supply would stop at least once during each shower then return with cold water. We returned to the room three times during the week to find the apartment door left open. I assume it was housekeeping. When I told management they didn’t seem to be concerned. You have breakfast in a cafe about a 5 minute walk. You have one drink and 2 pastries. On booking the place I was promised there would be gluten free options however I was offered gluten free cake on 3 consecutive days of which was hard and stale. We were promised by the cafe owner he would supply gluten free muffins daily but it never happened!.We did attend after that so we had to buy breakfast elsewhere! I will not be visiting this places ever again or recommend it to anyone. Very disappointed!

Not worth the cost

Liked:The location was great

Disliked:Very unsatisfactory. They had no power when we arrive nor did they have a check in desk or staff. A/C did not work either and the room had a very strong smell.

Beautiful hotel at a great price, would definitely stay again!

Liked:Gorgeous rooms that are beautifully decorated. We were able to check in early, which was so nice with the heat outside. The Jr suite terrace has so much space and is lovely.

Disliked:We were in the Jr Suite Terrace and there are a lot of steps. I worried I might trip bc I’m so clumsy but stairs are nice and wide. Could be a bit better lit.
