Feedback for a poor service.

Liked:The staff seems nice.

Disliked:That there wasn't a room available after I paid for it online and arrived at midnight. They sent me to their sister hotel and then the sister hotel sent me back and said they would certainly have a room for me. Well no one answered my call and there was some sort of upset going on with someone that was staying at the hotel. I really need my money back because I didn't even sleep at the hotel and went across the street to a completely different hotel and paid for another room.
