Tired

Liked:Didn't get a chance to eat because electricity went out in more then half the hotel for what ever reason wasn't even raining Didn't get a good sleep

Disliked:First off my name isn't lewis ...my last name is not my first..had my first name as lewis couldn't find my reservation at first .then told hotel was sold out that I couldn't stay then when I showed my reservation oh now they find it . Lights went out no elevator im on 4th floor long walk up the step .couldn't sleep woke up late for breakfast didn't get to eat .was there for a funeral had long drive from Cincinnati. Was tired hungry with a long drive back home

Would stay there again!

Liked:All good, from breakfast to the spaces to the service. Would stay there again. We were put in a very large room for our family of five, and felt all comfy.

Disliked:One improvement would have been for the lonely front desk guy to have a support person on hand – he was running pretty ragged as the night wore on, taking care of everyone.
