Just an amazing experience!

Liked:The location was perfect including the surrounding area! The convenience of leaving our cars at hotel instead of at airport was wonderful! The friendliness of staff, cleanliness of the hotel and comfort of room was all exceptional! Would stay again and would definitely recommend to others!
Disliked:We couldn’t get our two rooms close together, but it was ok!

The hotel was nice and clean and quiet.

Liked:Very clean and smelled new. Comfortable and quiet.
Disliked:Sits down in a valley so no views of anything. Check in was a little odd. The girl was going on break so she was a little upset her manager Abby didn’t come out to check in. She then tried to charge me the full amount again when I had already paid booking.com. She blamed it on booking.com and the fixed it. This morning at checkout it told me the Apple Card I used for booking . Com declined for the pet fee. The machine was not even lighting up to let me use my phone. I don’t carry the physical card. It didn’t decline on booking.com and I had plenty of money left on it as I don’t use it for much. Ended up having to physically put a different card into the machine to pay the pet fee. Pet fee is higher than other hotels. Never paid more than 50.00 and many times 30.00.
