Disliked:on the website said the pool was open . and it wasn't that was one of the reasons why i pick stay at the embassy suits i had my grandkids with me and told them that we can going swimming once we got there. and it was a let down for them and for me.

Gross near homeless

Disliked:It’s near homeless people!! I wasted money booking this hotel just to not stay here cuz it seems unsafe. Also looked at other reviews on how DIRTY it is. Heck no!

It’s was okay overall. It felt more like a motel than a hotel. I wish it was cleaner.

Liked:The location and the staff

Disliked:The carpet in the room was very dirty and sticky. It needs to be professionally cleaned. There were stains all over the place. It smelt a bit like smoke. The phones in the room didn’t work. There was no way to connect with room service.

Liked:I wish I had checked reviews before booking this hotel. Picked it because it was a Hilton flag. We checked in last night and ended up staying the night because we were exhausted, but checked out two days and rebooked somewhere else. This was probably one of my worst hotel stays ever. The room smelled so strongly of bleach that it burned our eyes and throats when we walked in, the carpets were dirty, there were dog paw prints on the inside of the bathroom door, there were mold/dirt particles blowing out of the vent in the bedroom and the switch for he light on the wall in the bedroom was broken and would not turn off. On top of all that, we chose this hotel because it had an outdoor pool. Which is closed for "renovations". The only positive thing about our stay was the service we received from Bella at the front desk. Very disappointing experience.
