Beautiful flight recovery space but pre-book access to spa facilities if arriving early

Liked:Close to airport, beautiful big peaceful garden, shuttle service, spa pools, lovely breakfast

Disliked:Crowds of day visitors using spa pools, our flight arrived early and we were denied access to any facilities other than bathrooms until our room was ready about 1.30pm.

Children under the age of 5 are not allowed in the spa, while children aged 5-14 are allowed in the hot tub only if accompanied by a parent. When booking the room-only option, access to the spa is not included. Use of the wellness center is not permitted for pregnant women.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
