We felt we made the right decision coming to the hotel, until we had to file a grievance with Citibank because the hotel

Liked:The pool was nice. The room was comfortable.

Disliked:We were only there for six hours as we were having renovations done at our house. There was some sort of team takeover at the pool with about 20 children so that shortened our relaxing afternoon.
