Guests are welcome to use the facilities of the sister hotel, Aressana Suites, only from April to October. Theoxenia's guests are welcome to use the swimming pool (paid fee as of 2023), spa (at a discount), gym facilities (free with reservation) and dine at Ifestioni restaurant of Aressana Suites, Theoxenia’s sister hotel, located only a few yards away. These Hotels are build and runned by the same owners. Guests can also upgrade their breakfast at Aressana to a buffet, with a small fee, on per person basis. From summer season 2023 onwards Theoxenia Hotel guests will have only a paid access to Aressana's swimming poolGuests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Swimming pool: Closed from Sun, Nov 1, 2026 until Mon, Apr 5, 2027 A deposit may be required at the property.
