Host & Apartment Fabulous. Logistics need to be fully understood., Taxi Service less than optimum.

Liked:Everything was as described at the property. We were met by a super nice Lady who went over everything. The Apartment is tastefully appointed with everything one might need. We had a wonderful stay and it was made better by the host greeting us to make us feel welcome. It rained and the host provide us with Umbrellas.

Disliked:The logistics. The bus does NOT go into the center near the train station and the time it took to get to the center took longer than we liked. The taxi service is spotty and not fully reliable. They rely on the app and dispatch 10 minutes before booking time. Additionally, they driver can cancel if they feel it's not worth it. We didn't know if we'd get to the Airport on time when departing and the Taxi Driver inflated the cost by 30% but I didn't want to get in a beef with him.

Tasteful, serene, spotless, comfortable, affordable retreat in perfect spot for exploring

Liked:Highest recommendation! Perfect setting for exploring Fiesole and Florence. Had everything I could wish for to make my work trip successful and my downtime richly rewarding. The furnishings are beautiful and so comfortable, everything was spotless, the high ceilings, window shutters, and tile floors plus A/C kept me cool during a heat wave, there were books about the area and an ironing board and a full kitchen set up for meals at home. Steps away from the Co-op grocery store, Fiesole Kebeb, and Florence‘s best bakery Paticceria Alcedo and a few blocks from the main piazza with restaurants, panoramic views, and the bus into town. The host was incredibly responsive and kind. The value was outstanding. I would love to come back to stay here as soon as possible!

Disliked:It was perfect - I liked everything about Cozy Apartment 2!
