Liked:Perfect location if you are doing a Gulet Cruise. far out office directing across the road. Hint a bit of an incline up the hill to get there with luggage from the Ferry Terminals and dock area..there is a back entrance to hotel. Go along roadway towards Ece Satay. It is a lower road and no hill. As there are about 30 off stairs down to reception However staff did help carry luggage down for us so all was good.

Don’t expect the hospitality

Disliked:The staff have been consistently rude and the management is ineffective. They have been asked to pay additional charges in the middle of the night and attempted to increase the amount when I offered to pay in pounds instead of Turkish lira. The reception staff appear to be very unhappy. If you go there, find Ismail who is the only polite and helpful person doing the job properly.

Disappointing hotel. Hotel needs to put its socks up and train its staff.

Liked:Great location on the marina.

Disliked:The staff were unfriendly and unhelpful. They asked for €15 for added breakfast, instead of €8 as advertised by booking.com. They could not provide an iron or instant coffee in the room. The a/c was not working in a couple of rooms of my group. The fridge was not working in one room. The breakfast turned out to be very mediocre.
