Liked:We liked that we weren’t to far from the ski resort and had come on New Year’s Eve . But when we asked about shuttles and how to get back to the ski resort for the new year’s festivities no one had a clue what was going on. They gave us a few cabs numbers and turns out there’s only one cab in all of Fernie . So we had to take a cab home with 3 different families which is not a big deal. But the girl at the front had told us that there was gonna be a shuttle that would bring us back into town and drop us right near our hotel and those were not existent.

Disliked:Lack of knowledge.

Just what we needed. Very good

Liked:Friendly staff, great location and exceptional value for money. Didn’t get time to check out the hot tub or pool. Breakfast was very good - plenty of food and hot coffee. Highly recommended

Disliked:The bed and pillows were aweful, the heater behind the bed was awkward and the extension cord plug in was loose and unusable.
