Unacceptable charges.

Liked:Location is perfect.

Disliked:A guest visited me for a mere 30 minutes prior to check-out, and I was subsequently charged INR 1,000, which I find to be entirely unacceptable. While I have settled the charges, I must express my dissatisfaction with this policy.
