Overrated

Liked:The hotel looked great. The beds were comfortable and the location was good.

Disliked:Horrible parking garage. Very small and full of tight turns. Also, a ‘CC recovery fee’ was added to my final bill. Did not find out about the fee until I checked my bill later that day. There was no mention of this fee at any point during booking, check-in, or check-out.

Overpriced and Underwhelming

Liked:The hotel restaurant served great food.

Disliked:Extremely sticky floor that was obviously not cleaned. We had to wear our shoes to venture from the carpet to the bathroom; only 1 washcloth for 2 people; no coffee maker; no microwave; no paper cups in bathroom. Hence you couldn't get a drink unless you drank from the spigot or purchased a $4.00 bottle of water; directions to parking ramp were obscure and confusing. Dr. G.
