Lovely location next to the beach with friendly hosts

Liked:Fabulous location right next to the beach in a lovely characterful property. Falmouth high st is also short walk away (though a steep hill on the way back!). We didn’t have a sea view but for the price we paid it was fantastic value and there is a verandah in the public areas for sunny days.

Disliked:Bathroom looking a tiny bit tired but spotlessly clean with a good shower and with all the toiletries you could need so it is a small niggle

Pleasant stay within lovely area.

Liked:Close proximity to beach and access to town. Very comfortable beds and sea view. Staff serving very helpful. Lovely lounge with access to drinks but quite dark.

Disliked:Rooms were very well decorated in dark colours. Looks lovely but lighting not so good. Very dark if you intended to read. Larger floor lamps would help. Breakfast should state continental. Expected choice of cooked breakfast unless stated otherwise .
