Disliked:I booked the room around 5am and went to the front desk and she said u can’t get in coz my booking was right . Thats ridicules but I said okay , I asked a refund on the app but nobody is defending . I’m so dissatisfied and will tell everyone bout it

System was down, Employees clueless about what to do, could not get checked in.

Disliked:I arrived to the location to find three people waiting and upset. I asked what was going on and the employee at the front desk ignored me and the customer at the front desk explained to me that their system was down and they are unable to check any third party bookings in as they cannot see them. As the line grew to about ten people long, I asked how long it was going to be and the employee didnt say anything except that he was going to get someone to try and fix it. I did not get to stay in the room and I was charged for the room. I should not be liable for their systems being down, i needed a room and stable wifi and this location did not deliver the basic essentials. I still have not been refunded for this order.

Affordable and clean for a quick overnight stay. Just felt uneasy for myself (female) and son staying alone.

Liked:Affordable and clean .

Disliked:Felt like it was older property and not updated. Fridge did not work. Did not feel safe (room on backside of property). Cars and people frequently walking or driving around property all night.
