Disliked:There was a flood in the kitchen and living room and our bags got wet during the night. We were not offered any compensation for that inconvenience.

Very useful for an overnight stay before our early morning departure at the airport

Liked:The host went out of their way to accommodate us and collect from the airport, which was excellent, and as a group, we all were very grateful.

Disliked:The division between rooms was rather less than expected and would suit families more.

Very disappointing behaviour from the host.

Liked:The location was great, since we wanted to be close to EZE airport. We were also welcomed at the property to receive the keys, which worked fine.

Disliked:It was not clear enough from booking com's booking process that we have to pay in cash (USD or ARS). Unfortunately, it was also not very clean around, especially in the bathroom you could still find a lot dust and hairs. The worst was the behaviour of the person welcoming us (Graciela), who is not the owner but the person handling the apartment. After she handed the keys to us and left, we saw that the second bedroom door was locked and we called her to come back and open it. She said we would have to be extra charged, since we are only two adults and one baby we wouldn't need the extra room. However, this is not how it works, because we booked the whole apartment with two bedrooms. One with a double-bed and one with two single beds. After she unwillingly opened the door, her behaviour towards us changed a lot and she became very unfriendly. Therefore, I cannot recommend the place.
