I would give this stay a minus 1.

Liked:Location was good . Did not eat breakfast because of the cockaroach incident in our room.

Disliked:Didn't like the cockaroach that jumped out of the chair in our room and ran across the floor. My husband killed it and flushed it down the toilet. When I called the front desk about it she laughed and said she would send someone up to take care of it, but my husband had already flushed the damn thing. No sleep that night and definitely no breakfast.

It was disappointing for what a Best Western should be.

Liked:The location, the AC worked well, and there was plenty of hot water.

Disliked:The staff other than one maintenance man was very cold. The hotel is tired, and they have done things about as cheaply as they could. The shower curtain leaks, the toilet paper is one ply, the carpet is bare in places, our room smelled everyday liked someone had been cooking Indian food, the ice machine vends crushed ice which melts almost as soon as it comes out, the elevator popped and lurched and the breakfast is just passable.

Disliked:I do not like the lady at the desk that works on the weekends she is mean 😕 I even asked her she should smile believe me it doesn't hurt ☺️ I don't think I will stay on weekends anymore 😔

Great place for a short stay near airport

Liked:Room was available on short notice. Our flight was cancelled and it saved us from sleeping at the airport. Room was big and clean. It was affordable, and there was a complimentary shuttle and breakfast in the morning! The guy at the front desk (Mohamed) was so helpful with anything that we needed.

Disliked:Elevator made scary noises 😬
