Gorgeous riad, lovely staff and perfect for our needs

Liked:Everything was perfect. We had a standard room at the top because the riad was full so although small, it was still lovely. The staff were so attentive, food was magnificent, and the riad lovingly looked after. Such a fabulous find and I will be recommending it widely.

Beautiful riad, wonderful staff, excellent food.

Liked:The staff couldn't have been more helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The manager was very responsive via email/WhatsApp prior to our arrival and happy to make activity recommendations and bookings for us. Such a beautiful riad located down a quiet alleyway on the edge of the walled city. But literally round the corner from the shops and restaurants - everything was walking distance. There are no cars in the old town but luggage is transported via cart. There is a very comfortable roof terrace perfect for quiet moments with a book or for a group gathering. Breakfasts were varied, plentiful and absolutely delicious. We also booked for an evening meal which did not disappoint. It feels like a very romantic and intimate setting. We were a big group and took over the entire riad which felt very special to have the place to ourselves. There was a perfect alcove with a large table that accommodated all of us for our meals. The rooms were spotlessly clean and there was a wonderful selection of toiletries and a large bottle of water provided daily.

Disliked:All the rooms are charming but the ones without windows tended to feel warmer and there is no air conditioning. This was fine in October but might be uncomfortable in the summer months. Fans were available. And maybe units are brought in during the summer months.

Extraordinary staff in a beautiful, well located Riad

Liked:The Riad was gorgeous and perfectly situated. Rooms decorated with lost of style. The staff were extraordinary, especially the manager who when I was unwell overnight (my own fault, eating with hands without washing first) he rode his scooter out of the Medina at 8am to find an all night pharmacy to fetch medicine. So very kind & helpful. Couldn't recommend more highly.
