Disliked:They are short of staff, the hotel is ok but they cannot even bother to make you an invoice, they keep sending you automatic links to a broken page. I understand they try to cut back in personal, but because of this lack of attention they lost one recurring costumer.

Liked:It was clean. The train station can be reached quickly. There is a gas station nearby. There are two kitchens on the basement floor with fridges, microwaves, cutlery, pans and pots. Ideal for those wanting to save some money on food.

Disliked:I lived in a basement without any daylight, which wasn’t indicated when I booked the room. I had to pay twice—when I reserved the hotel and again during check-in (using a computer in front of the door)—though I was refunded a few days later. The bathroom (shared with the neighboring room) was sometimes locked from the inside by the neighbor or room service and not unlocked afterward. Room service sometimes did not refill toilet paper. The entire room smelled of smoke. I had to wash all my clothes after returning home.
