Nice location- hotel in desperate need of renovation

Liked:The beach next to the hotel is nice, perfect for kids. It’s a public beach so the sunbeds go at extra cost. The variety of fruits was good. Stand up paddle rental is also nice

Disliked:The whole complex is in urgent need of renovation, just everywhere you look things are either broken or at the edge of break. We stayed at the suite on the top floor. Cleaning in the beginning was horrible, after complaining smth changed. The kitchen stove was broken, it took them 3 days to replace it and still they did not finish. It was just jumping out of the tabletop. During a strong rain water was coming from all the possible holes. The wallpaper in the bedroom look also like it lived through its best. Beds are very uncomfortable and they only put you 2 single beds and unless you ask them they don’t connect it even with bedsheet. In our case one matress wss higher than the other one. Nobody cared. Food is average. It’s a very average hotel that is in desperate need in renovations

Ok , would not return , es canar is lovely and better accommodation is available

Liked:The bedrooms were a good standard and fresh towels daily

Disliked:Wi fi on the 5th floor did nit work . Parking was off site and not good for disabled clients . The evening entertainment was very poor . The hotel had no outside bar functioning at after 6pm just a few chairs and tables . No atmosphere at nights. The food was ok but not always hot, no coffee available in the restaurant. Location on the beach but a walk into the resort and again not an easy one with a pushchair or disabled clients . It didn’t feel a happy place to be at all just a place to sleep .
