Liked:I liked the location, so close to the airport, easy to get to the S train that takes you to Munich center. The staff were polite and friendly, I felt welcomed. The rooms were clean.

Liked:Excellent hotel and services, I liked the location and the staff, so close to groceries and Erding center is a 10 minutes walk from the hotel, the bus stop from and to Munich airport (bus 512) is exactly in front of the hotel. If you come with car, there is hotel own parking lots. I enjoyed my stay.

Disliked:Really thought this was going to be a decent hotel since it was 3* with good reviews. However, we arrived, and the receptionist's attitude was off from the start. They close reception at 8pm, we arrived just after 7pm (I really thought I had sent a message saying that we were going to arrive at that time but it seems it didn't go through). I had my passports ready - she said something to the effect of 'I'm not going to take those I've waited long enough for you to arrive'. She gave us paper to sign and then told us the lift was broken. I said that we had booked a hotel with a lift as my mum is disabled and can't help me carry luggage upstairs. She just shrugged and said it's not her problem. We went up to the rooms (without the luggage, luckily). They were hotter than outside! There has been a heatwave for ~8 days, but today has cooled down. I opened a window, but they looked into an internal courtyard, so there was no air flow. I looked around for a fan or temperature control dial and found one on the wall. It had a snowflake picture on it, but when I moved it, nothing seemed to happen. I took a photo of it and went back downstairs to ask how to work it. She said there's no AC, but there should be fans in the rooms. Back upstairs we went. No fans. Back downstairs. She says she has 1 fan available... for 2 rooms. By now, we were hot and bothered and pretty frustrated with her lack of sympathy or assistance and the lack of amenities. We said we should have been notified about the lift being out of service so we could make alternative arrangements. She again just shugged and said it wasn't her problem. She also said repeatedly that there was nothing available on the ground floor. We also asked what was going to be done about the lack of fans - all she said was she didn't have a fan at her house, so again, it wasn't her problem. We decided not to stay. I've been arguing with management about getting a refund.
