Liked:Nothing they canceled my reservation last minute and didn’t refund me.

Disliked:That they couldn’t accommodate my reservation and didn’t refund me. It’s been one month, still NO REFUND?!

A nightmare

Liked:It was on the hill for fireworks but you had to go outside to see anything. The breakfast was amazing 🤩

Disliked:We were put in a wrong without drapes for privacy and the morning sun. We got moved to a handicap room without any view at all! I think booking.com customers get treated differently.

Liked:The location is all.

Disliked:The noise of the construction and the fact that we had our reservations changed at the time we arrived, is when we found out no call no email nothing to notify me of this change. I had 2 reservations and my other party had to go down to the sister hotel. They almost up charged a ridiculous amount, we still were charged more for the change of reservation that was canceled.
