Horrible

Disliked:Terrible service and a truly horrific experience. They cancelled my reservation at the very last minute with zero consideration. I called the ooffice number repeatedly to confirm my arrival time, and they never answer the phone. By leaving me without a reservation. They completely stranded me. I had to search for another hotel in Ensenada at the last minute , but unforturnately, absolutly nothing was available. Because of their total lack of professionalism. I had to drive all the way back to San Diego and wait in line at the border for 5 long hours. It is completely unacceptable to treat customers this way. I would never return to this place and I strogly advise everyone to avoid it. Save yourself a headeche and book somewhere reliable.
