Pleasant stay, but read the fine print!!

Liked:Responsive staff, comfortable room.

Disliked:Expensive parking. And mostly that the booking used a deceptive offer of "insurance" which, when I declined... Processed the FULL amount of my stay, months ahead of time!! This is rarely done , I'm used to paying a few days ahead or upon arrival!!!

Housekeeping to be improved.

Liked:Need to improve room cleanness, there were crumbles on my carpet and table from previous guests. Could hear every noise at the hall and the next room's toilet.
