A clean, spacious, and comfortable apartment in a quiet and safe area. I would happily stay here again.

Liked:The apartment was very clean, spacious, and well equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. The location was also great, with a café and a small supermarket nearby. The neighborhood was quiet, felt safe, and was a pleasant place to stay. I also really appreciated the customer service, as they were very helpful and always easy to reach whenever we needed assistance.

Disliked:The only downside was the public transport. Although there is a train station nearby, it usually takes around an hour to reach central London, and the trains do not run very frequently. Other than that, everything was excellent.

Disliked:In the attic, so not much headroom round the sides of the rooms. Didn’t have a key fob on arrival and no contact from guest relations about it despite emails and phone calls. Jamie was polite but couldn’t help as no one was picking up the phone to talk to him. The video and the written instructions gave different instructions
