Room not ready at check in, rude front desk staff, mold smell in room.

Disliked:Check in was 3pm. I had requested early check in and at 11:30am they said they needed until at least 2pm. We stopped in at 1p and they said they needed until at least 3pm which was check in time. At 2:55 they needed another 30-45 minutes. At 3:30 I attempted to check in and they needed another hour at least. The woman at the front desk was not helpful and not concerned that they could not have our room ready for the appropriate check in time. We were needing our room at the appropriate time to get our children ready for their evening soccer game. We had to use the lobby bathroom to get them all changed and cleaned up. We were finally able to check in that evening after the game. The room smelled like it had been damp for a while and had a dirty sock (mold) smell. We will never be back.
