Exceptional experience, thank you!

Liked:Great spot. About $50 Uber to Universal Studios from here. Staff was excellent. Pool was too cold to try for me, but the hot tub was nice and in working condition our entire stay. Laundry on site. I would stay here again.

Disliked:The toilet paper sucks. That was honestly the worst thing.

Disliked:I occupied room 441, at 2:30 am in the next room I could hear very noisy people.I tried to call the lobby without success, I had to go down to the lobby but no one was at the counter I had to wait more than 30 minutes for someone to arrive, it was a bad night and I just wanted to rest.
