Ideal para disfrutar de la playa, aunque con margen de mejora en sus instalaciones

Liked:Nos hospedamos una noche en una suite y, en términos generales, tuvimos una experiencia aceptable. Lo mejor del hotel es, sin duda, su ubicación. Está en primera fila con acceso directo a la playa El Cuco, lo que permite disfrutar del mar sin complicaciones. Además, el acceso en vehículo sedán es fácil, algo que se agradece. La tarifa de la suite incluye desayuno, y aunque no es algo extraordinario, la comida estuvo rica y cumplió con lo esperado por el precio. También valoramos mucho la atención del personal, quienes fueron muy amables, atentos y serviciales durante toda nuestra estancia. La habitación nos dejó una buena impresión. Todo estaba muy limpio, especialmente las sábanas y la ropa de cama. Las camas eran cómodas, en buen estado y se notaban bien cuidadas. El aire acondicionado funcionaba perfectamente y sin restricciones de uso, además de que proporcionan botellas de agua potable de cortesía, un detalle que siempre se agradece. Viajamos en familia (cinco personas) y nos pareció una buena opción para todas las edades, desde niños hasta adultos mayores. Si lo que buscan es una ubicación privilegiada frente al mar, habitaciones limpias, camas cómodas y un servicio amable a un precio razonable, probablemente disfrutarán su estancia. En cambio, si son turistas que buscan instalaciones modernas, una experiencia más refinada o un hotel con mayor nivel de acabados, quizá sea mejor considerar otras opciones.

Disliked:Sin embargo, el hotel necesita invertir más en el mantenimiento de sus instalaciones. Aunque es funcional, da la impresión de ser una casa adaptada para operar como hotel, más que un hotel propiamente dicho. Las áreas verdes estaban bastante descuidadas, con la grama sin mantenimiento, y en general hace falta más atención a los acabados y la presentación del lugar. Esto afecta la percepción de calidad y difícilmente transmite la imagen de un hotel de categoría.

Stayed because of necessity, there is potential but Will not be returning.

Liked:access to the beach, friendly staff, property security was around the clock , plenty of parking spaces.

Disliked:room smelled like fumigation, visible dust on shelves, water coming from the showers has bad smell, and outdated property with flimsy chairs , an abundance of stray dogs and cat while you eat, check in and check out was a long process.
