Lovely small hotel

Liked:Such a lovely small hotel with a lovely roof top terrace and pool. The food on the roof top terrace is delicious. I sampled the club sandwich and the pizza and both were yummy and very reasonably priced The staff are so friendly and the rooms are really nice and simple and extremely clean. Would highly recommend

FANTASTIC HOTEL

Liked:I stayed at this hotel with my friend, and we absolutely loved everything from start to finish! We arrived late at night and were warmly welcomed by the amazing Adrian, who made us feel at home from the very first moment. His kindness and professionalism made a wonderful first impression. Our room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The towels were changed every day, and we especially loved the beautiful balcony, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The common areas were always clean and well maintained, the breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices, and the location was simply perfect—close to everything we needed. We had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. We would definitely love to come back!

Liked:What I liked was that the hotel was clean, the room was cleaned regularly, and the staff were always willing to help with any questions and were very friendly. I also appreciated having a safe in the room, which was very convenient for storing documents and valuables.

Disliked:On the downside, the room was very basic and lacked a number of amenities. There wasn’t even a bottle of water, which was particularly disappointing considering the outside temperature was over 35°C. There were also no drinking glasses, tissues, or some basic toiletries such as cotton buds. The room had a TV, but there was no option to connect personal devices or watch your own content, which was a bit inconvenient. I also noticed that some members of staff greeted us in German, even though we were clearly not German. This gave me the impression that the hotel caters mainly to German guests.

Good but not great

Liked:As I stayed in the hm hotels before and being a hm club member I expected a little bit more. There was no welcome detail, and although the two problems that bother me to most were solves quickly (sort of) I didn’t feld welcome like a used to be. There were other rooms available online (I looked it up) but switching to an other room wasn’t an option. I took a shower before leaving to the airport but unfortunately there is no lock on the door so I was glad I put my backpack in front of the door. I will not choose again for this hotel.
