Poor service from the staff spoiled the time we stayed!!

Liked:A well presented hotel, with large spacious rooms and an excellent restaurant serving breakfast and dinner.

Disliked:Getting stuck in the lift and the staff didn’t bother to help us get out or help us !! Eventually we got ourselves out of the lift !! Poor service from the hotel reception who were asked about providing another sheet for the bed, but they never bothered to inform us of whether it was possible, despite telling them we were in the bar !!

Liked:Suite was very nice size and decor

Disliked:Terrible instructions for car parking, where wasted 30.mins trying to exit the car park. Then wasted a further 30.mins as was not told there were specific lifts for the different rooms Mobile air-conditioning so loud could not be used
