Extremely poor and left my family without accommodation despite booking a year in advance. They were not interested . J

Disliked:My family had booked a room for 4 a year in advance and I added a room for myself. My family arrived and no room available. Double booked. They denied knowledge of booking despite sending the email of confirmation and did nothing to help. My family had to find somewhere else to stay at 7.30pm at night so I obviously went with them. Magna house refused to refund any of our stays . Left us abandoned . Diabolical service. I would advise everyone to avoid this accommodation .

Liked:Good location for us attending Wentworth golf. Clean and tidy

Disliked:Very noisy in the evenings , beds were very soft and not very comfortable

I spent a week in Magna House and was very happy. The manager was very responsive to messages. I would definitely recomm

Liked:Proximity to Egham high street grocery stores, train station and buses. Very comfortable with iron, fridge and stove. White linen helps with the fresh look. In a quiet corner. Safe access.

Disliked:Stuffy with minimal window gaps to let fresh air in while working in the flat. Heater present for colder days but no aircon. I was told there was fan in Flat 7 but not so.
