Very disappointed in the slide being closed. Would’ve like to know before checking in.

Place was great, staff could have been more helpful.

Liked:Place was clean and reasonably modern interior. The breakfast was a normal continental breakfast so this met expectations.

Disliked:When we first checked in around 6pm, it took a few minutes for the person in the office to come to the front desk. Later (830pm), we called down to the front desk asking if the pillows had feathers in them due to an allergy and the front desk person reluctantly called another person to find the answer and called back to say yes they did have feathers. When we asked if they had any other hypoalergenic pillows, they said no and had no empathy or alternative solutions and sounded like they just wanted to get off the phone. We ended up using towels as pillows.

Liked:The breakfast is amazing. The pool and waterside are good. The price is perfect. The room with the hide-a-bed for a family of 5 is perfect.

Disliked:The hide-a-bed and beds could be a bit more comfortable. The carpet could use a shampoo.
