Good Location for an Early Flight

Liked:The Marriott St. Louis Airport occupies a prime location near the St. Louis airport, which is great if you've got an early or late flight. We stayed there at the start of our Spring Break trip and found it to be e good place to stay for a night. The hotel is clearly older, but has generally been renovated so the rooms are modern and comfortable. The staff was quite helpful, also, and the shuttle drivers and service was top notch. Our only complaint? The area was experiencing an early warm snap and the air conditioning in our tower wasn't cooling the rooms as they needed. We mentioned it to the front desk and that was something all rooms in that tower were experiencing. Otherwise, good stay in a great location for the airport.

Terrible customer service 0/5 stay

Liked:Front desk gave our fam of 4 a room with 1 king bed & then with strong attitude sated we needed to provided proof and that they were strapped for the night with guests. I had booked 2 double bed & showed my email evidence. Then were given a room next to what I can only assume was a room full of 25 girls screaming at the top of their lungs & playing blaring music deep into the night. The attitude of the folks at the front desk was not customer focused at all. I was an inconvenience. I had called in advance to make sure we could park and fly and the lady acted surprised and that it was a big deal to park here. Skip.this.property unless you came to PARTY!!
