No water, no warning.

Liked:stayed at this hotel from May 23 to May 26, having booked several weeks in advance through Booking.com. On the morning of my arrival, I received an email informing me that major refurbishment works would begin on May 25. According to the hotel itself, guests could expect dust, noise, disruption, and a lack of running water in guest rooms during parts of the afternoons. This information was provided far too late for me to make alternative arrangements. When I contacted Booking.com, they were unable to offer a solution. Upon arrival, I expressed my concerns to the front desk, but was told that the refurbishment notice had been displayed on the website for a long time. The fact that I had booked my room via Booking made no difference. Since my stay, I have requested a partial refund because the hotel experience differed significantly from what I had booked and paid for. Unfortunately, the hotel manager has so far refused, stating that he first needs to conduct a "deep inquiry into the matter and circumstances." My concern is not the refurbishment itself, but the fact that guests were informed only hours before arrival about substantial disruptions that were clearly known in advance. Future guests may wish to clarify whether any construction work is planned before booking.

Not what I expected

Liked:Room was nice decent air conditioning, bed was comfortable balcony was nice to have

Disliked:Didn't like how we weren't informed about the pool being closed for maintenance, the breakfast was insanely dry probably the worst breakfast I've ever had at a hotel, wouldn't even give me a discount for the misinformation definitely not a hotel I'd stay at again.
