We like to stay here when in Edmonton.

Liked:Basic but good.

Disliked:Nothing I didn't like. But we believe we accidentally booked Jun 23-24 twice. We were charged twice for it. When we arrived the receptionist told us that we had TWO rooms booked. VISA shows two payments for this date. Could we get a refund for one of them.

Disliked:The room and the bathroom were dirty They double charged me for parking. They cleaned the room until 6:30 pm It was raining and there is no roof at the car lobby so we got wet. Staff was unhelpful

Disliked:Extra charges for everything from parking at $45/night plus $3 for a bottle of water? When the room is over $200/night the water should be free. Took about 5 minutes for the shower to get hot water. Parking lot is old and needs to be updated.
