Pleasant stay, good value.

Liked:Cleanliness, parking, communication with property manager. Great value for the price.

Disliked:The location in the city. The street where it is located is very quiet but close-by has some interesting characters. That aside, it’s a cute place.

Horrible - avoid staying there

Liked:It was about 15 mins from where my meeting was located

Disliked:Just about everything! First, it is located a couple of blocks outside of 'downtown' - but these blocks are not good and I didn't feel that safe. Second, due to Delta changing my flight plans (7 times!) I didn't arrive at the apartment until 1.30 am on Sunday; I let myself in to apartment 3 using the key code I had been provided to find the apartment occupied! To cut a long story short, the property's 'manager' had told me (twice by email!) the wrong apartment and given me the door code for it. The occupant was more upset and frightened than I was to be woken up at 1.30 am! I was actually in apartment 6. Then, early on Monday morning the door burst open and it was the cleaner who demanded to know what I was doing there. I explained I checked out on Thursday. Again, cutting a long story short, the cleaner was supposed to be cleaning apartment 4. It seems to me that the property's management is simply inept and appalling. Finally, I have mentioned that it is a rough neighbourhood; well 'music' (something like rap I guess) seems to be played pretty much all night. I never found out where it was coming from though I think was it wasn't from within the property (I didn't dare go out to find out). The last thing you need when fighting jetlag is to wake up in the middle of the night and not be able to get back to sleep because you can hear horrible music! NOT a successful stay!

very close to everything but shady neighborhood

Liked:Easy to reach anywhere in downtown and very clean and nice looking apartment

Disliked:the neighborhood is considered dangerous and shady, some of the neighbors were following me with their eyes all the time and being creepy and loud. only one towel for a week without even washer and dryer.
