Someone is sleeping in my bed! O

Liked:I had someone sleeping in my room!!!! Beware, I was told if you have the same room key number in another hotel it could open your door. Worse still, I think someone just needs to show their room key (piece of paper) and get another key. This man in my bed was completely drunk. Absolute disgrace and a breach of safety. Won’t be staying in a premier inn again and will be reporting this to my workplace and to whichever partnering standards committee will listen. Terrible.

Enjoyable stay in Edinburgh

Liked:Stayed for 3 nights at the end of November. Check in was easy and very friendly. The room was warm and had everything we needed. Good shower and clean bathroom. Easy to use heating. Lovely comfortable bed. Meals were very good and reasonably priced. The staff were welcoming and very helpful. Highly recommend just over 5 minutes walk from the station!

Smelly, bad customer service and mould in the room

Liked:Paid for an early check-in for a family room, check in desks broken and a curt employee asked what we wanted. After checking in the room was extremely smelly and mould on the ceiling. I requested a different room and was told I would have to leave the current room now and wait 4 hours in the reception for another room. Absolutely minimal service level. Will not stay here again. It’s cheap but not worth the money, pay a little more and stay somewhere clean that does not smell.
