Terrible customer service endangers children

Liked:The hotel gave away our room and our young kids had to stay in a different room. The rooms smelled and they had to give us different rooms and the 2nd rooms we were given still had garbage from the previous people. The hotel manager said they would approve a refund but denied it when requested.

Liked:Rooms are well designed, especially for couples with different sleep patterns. Breakfast was disappointing, oatmeal was consistently watery, variety the same old motel rotation.
