Fine except the tv not working. Don't think it is that hard to adjust the room price. Disappointed

Disliked:The television in our room did not work. The desk manager came up to look at it and could not fix it. He offered us another room, but my wife was already in bed and unpacked. Asked for a $5-$10 discount and said he could not do it.

Disliked:Filthy - Damp stale air - windows didn't open - air condition as loud as jet engine - had to turn off - poor air circulation to none - went outside at 3 am to patio and that's where I stayed - I will never stay at a BW hotel again. - also because they have every window in the building - rooms locked shut - feels like a prison and the building stinks
