Good hotel on a great location.

Liked:Location was prefect. Literally less than 5min from the main train station. And main shops The hotel feels very modern and clean unlike the usual UK premier inn hotels. I would definitely stay here again Bathroom was large and clean with a good shower and shower pressure

Disliked:Customer service is shocking! Staff didn’t care at all. We were waiting to get served in the restaurant for about 30mins, nobody came to serve us. That was after a lady told us that the restaurant is opened, then stood and was looking at us for a while before she disappeared. We left and had an amazing steak dinner in a restaurant nearby.

Leave the station in the direction of Harkortstrasse. Follow Harkortstrasse for 200m. The hotel is on the left-hand side. Arrival from the airport: Take the S11 (direction Bergisch Gladbach) to the main station. Then proceed to follow our instructions under arrival by train. A deposit may be required at the property.
