Perfect for a business trip when you need to stay close to the airport

Liked:Very convenient location in walking distance from the terminal. Great for an impromptu overnight stay due to a missed flight. Very comfortable hotel, friendly, helpful staff, even late at night.

Disliked:Nothing, all good.

Generally a good hotel near DUS airport

Liked:For a two night stay in Dusseldorf this hotel is fine. There is no airport shuttle so you'll need a taxi or Uber/Bolt ride. Check in was ok, but I will say the staff wasn't very pleasant to the gentleman ahead of me who was asking about where to park. They seemed dismissive of his questions and either unable or unwilling to answer questions. To me they were just fine but I didn't have a vehicle to be concerned about. Rooms are relatively spacious. Two bottles of water were included in the very very small fridge. You will not fit much in there so don't go crazy at the supermarket buying groceries. The rooms are air conditioned and it works very well, even during the heat wave we were having while I was there. It was fairly quiet with only minimal airport noise. The mattresses are very firm, so hopefully you like sleeping on a harder surface. Pillows were comfy and I got a decent night sleep. The breakfast was incredibly crowded. There was really hardly anywhere to sit. So expect heavy overcrowding with food items running out and not always replaced quickly. There were no juices left when I went through the line and it hadn't been refilled even after I left. The food quality was average. For a good basic hotel I think this one works for me. Just set expectations that this is not an upscale property.
