Back again

Liked:Another good stay, we like this hotel for ease of access into city centre, local supermarket and nearby 15 walk to restaurant, less if you want a McDonald's. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Service is always super. My single criticism is the entrance to the carpark it is very narrow, we manage but looking at scrapes on the wall and the kerbstone others don't! A couple of cm off of the kerb would make a huge difference.

Sad breakfast!

Liked:This hotel was OK, and only ok. Chain-style rooms, ok beds, staff was helpful and friendly but not a place I would return to. Breakfast was a true disapointment, no hot foods and stale bread ann croissants. You can do better I think, with a little TLC.

Liked:The hotel was very clean and nice. Staff were friendly. The cleaners did an amazing job each day! The hotel was a bit further out of the city than we expected but our fault for not researching. However buses and trams on the doorstep which made it very easy to access the centre. I would recommend.

Good Hotel.

Liked:Me and my brother stayed here for the Euro 2024 semi final, hotel was spot on. Couldnt have asked for anything better really, we turned up early in Dusseldorf and they let us check in early without any extra cost. The S-Bahn wasn’t too much of a walk away, we did also use Uber which wasn’t a problem. Bed and pillows were just how I like them. Only downside was that we got back late from the Semi final match (in Dortmund) and had no cash, the vending machine was cash only, and the person on the desk was unable to get us a drink from the bar. Overall, a really good hotel. Would stop again if I visit again.
