Perfect Spot for Weekend Getaway

Liked:Great spot to stay while in Dunedin. We booked the property for a 2-night stay and were not disappointed. Convenient underground parking was a huge plus. Our room was extremely spacious, simple and clean. The bathroom/shower was huge and well appointed. Minimal interaction with staff but those we met were helpful and accommodating. There is a small pool in the back of the property which we did not use. Would not hesitate to return.

Perfect location. Enjoyable stay

Liked:This charming hotel boasts an excellent location, just a short stroll from downtown, Hog Island Fish Camp, and Market 8. Nestled behind the Salty Soul restaurant—ideal for a nightcap—and around the corner from Sandpiper, a fantastic breakfast spot, it offers convenience at every turn. The hotel is visually appealing, impeccably clean, and remarkably quiet. My spacious room featured the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on. Additionally, there’s a lovely outdoor patio with two chairs and a small table, perfect for enjoying morning coffee or an evening drink. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. I will certainly return.

Grant Street Avenue will empty your wallet

Liked:I started with a $269/night price. By the time I chose their single room, 1 bedroom each price was upspent until it was $800+/night. The room was nice enough and the location was OK. I grew up there so I knew this area well. It's one of those places in a popular place that can't control their corporate interests to want to make more money from you than you realize is happening. Almost every hotel in the Dunedin area has seen you coming and you will pay for it.

Tv inputs?

Liked:Blocking inputs on tvs? For $600? Absolutely dumb 0 sense in it should have just went to the Hampton. I ended up with the noisy room right next to the door and I cannot believe why there would be no ability to change inputs when spending this type of money. Ridiculous
