Disliked:We were traveling at night with a small child and urgently needed a place to stay. Unfortunately, the reservation was mistakenly made for the next day at around 2:00 a.m. When we realized the error, we immediately tried to change the date, but the hotel was fully booked and no changes were possible. Despite explaining the situation and requesting a refund, our request was denied. We ended up paying for a room we could not use, which was very disappointing. We expected more understanding and flexibility in resolving such an obvious mistake.

Disliked:The room was too small for two adults and two children, and it was also very hot. We couldn't sleep even though I turned off the heating and opened the window. The problem was the noise and loud laughter of people gathered in front of the hotel entrance. My room was on the first floor. The toilet was also extremely difficult for young children to use, while adults couldn't use it at all due to the cramped conditions. It was a complete disaster... We arrived late, at 9:30 PM, and were exhausted, with no energy to argue with the staff about this miserable room.

Comfortable hotel 5mins from train station

Liked:Easy quick check-in, room was quiet, comfy bed, good big shower, It's only 5mins walk from the train station as long as you walk through the shopping centre don't follow maps on your phone as these send you on a long walk around the shopping centre,

Disliked:Bit of poor housekeeping, there was 2 of us but we were only provided with 1 set of towels, the shower gel dispenser was empty, the bar and restaurant are closed on a Sunday,
