Liked:I loved the staff which was universally polite, friendly and thoughtful! I had just gotten in from a 9 hour drive and the desk agent offered me water. The waitress in the restaurant offered to send me back to my room with the remainder of my soda in a portable cup,

Disliked:The mattress was uncomfortable. Probably needs replacing. I like a firm mattress, but this one felt like a hard slab with a worn out pad on it.
